Hello and thank you for joining me on this journey! My name is Tami and Rusty Moose Farm has been an outlet for me to be rooted in our lifestyle! We enjoy knowing where our food comes from and how it was grown. We also enjoy cooking and baking everything from scratch as often as we can.

I’ve been baking bread from scratch for years but sourdough was always so scary. I started my sourdough journey last year and much to my surprise it’s been easier than I anticipated! Shannon at The Sourdough School House has been amazing to learn from. Her classes can be taken from the comfort of your own home and at your own pace! That’s the part I love, as I travel so much for work, being present in a classroom is hard for me!! Please join me in the Sourdough 101 class!!
